Pathways

CST – 2 years of full time experience. 1 letter of recommendation

ST/LPN – OJT, ST’s or LPN’s must have 5 years full time experience, 2 letters of recommendation.

If you are already working as a First Assistant, ESSFA can still help you build on the skills that you currently have.
